After Purchase Services for Bikes Only
All bikes purchased online or in store receive, at 6 weeks from the date of purchase or collection which ever is the later, a free Basic Service (a basic service is described on our website under ‘Workshop’)
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint for any reason please e-mail us with details. Your complaint will be looked at within 3 working days, subject to any investigation. We aim to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time frame. If this fails, or you wish to go directly to them, you have the option to visit the European Commission.
We Ride Bikes Ltd Workshop Guarantee
All service work can be returned to the workshop within 14 days of the original work being completed for a free of charge adjustment if required. Any adjustments are to be made at the discretion of Ride Bikes, based on our judgement of fair usage.
Every effort will be made to complete work by any agreed date but we can not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances outside of our control, such as lack of parts availability. All works will be completed as soon as is reasonably possible.
All prices listed include VAT unless otherwise stated. Bicycle, parts and/or other goods overdue for collection 14 days after the arranged collection date may be incur a storage charge. Notice of commencement of any storage charges will be given
